What to send
A paragraph is enough to start. The three things that let us give you a useful answer rather than a discovery call:
- Where you are. Pre-launch, spending already, or newly funded.
- What is not working. The symptom is fine — you do not need to have diagnosed it.
- What you have tried. Tools bought, hires made, agencies used.
If it turns out we are not the right fit, we will say so in the reply and point you at what is. That is a faster outcome for both of us than a call.
What happens next
A person reads it and replies. Nobody is triaged into a queue, and there is no qualification call to sit through before you get an answer.
For anything about privacy, your personal data, or a formal rights request, the same address reaches us and the commitments in the privacy policy apply: we aim to reply within five working days, and always answer a formal rights request within one month.
There is deliberately no contact form on this site, and no account to create. A form would mean collecting your details before you have decided to share them, and a mail client already does the job. Nothing you send goes into a sequence or an advertising audience.
